Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship
Mittsly currently ships to delivery addresses within Australia and the United States.

Shipping rates
Australia: Tracked delivery costs A$11 per order for Mittsly products.
United States: The shipping price is shown in US dollars at checkout and is converted by Shopify from our A$12.95 base rate.

Delivery estimates
Australia: 8–15 business days.
United States: 7–18 business days.

These estimates include order processing and carrier transit time. Delivery may take longer during peak periods, severe weather, customs processing or other carrier disruptions.

Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed after the order has been dispatched. Tracking can take a short time to begin showing carrier scans.

Address changes
Please use the Contact page as soon as possible if an address needs correcting. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delayed or missing deliveries
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the order has not arrived after the estimated window, contact us with the order number so we can investigate.

Duties and taxes
Any import duties, taxes or other charges that are not shown as included at checkout may be payable by the recipient.
